Does Bojety work offline?

Yes, completely. Every transaction is saved on your phone the instant you log it, with no connection needed. When you reconnect, everything syncs to the cloud automatically.

Is my data backed up?

When cloud sync is on (the default), your data is safely backed up and available on any device you log into. You can toggle sync or trigger a manual "Sync Data Now" anytime in Settings.

What does Premium cost?

Premium is 1,500 XAF per month or 14,500 XAF per year (about 19% cheaper). The Free plan stays free forever with up to 50 transactions a month and one wallet.

How do I pay?

Payments run through MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. Confirm your phone number, approve the prompt on your phone, and Premium unlocks once payment is confirmed.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you have not started a subscription, your account automatically moves to the Free tier. Your data is never deleted — you simply lose access to Premium-only features until you upgrade.

Can I share an account with others?

Yes, with Premium. Convert your account to a shared account in Settings, then invite up to 9 people by email. Each person can be set to add transactions or view only.

Can I switch back to a solo account?

Anytime. Reverting removes collaborators but keeps all of your transactions, wallets, budgets, and categories intact.

How do I delete specific data?

You can request removal of certain data — like transactions, wallets, or receipt photos — without deleting your account, using the "Delete some data" page on this site. No login required.

How do I delete my whole account?

Accepted Answer

Visit the "Request account deletion" page on this site, or do it in-app under Settings. Account deletion permanently removes your profile and financial data.
