Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Using the app

Bojety is a personal finance tracking tool. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

New accounts include a 7-day free Premium trial. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free tier unless you start a paid subscription. Premium is offered as:

• Monthly — 1,500 XAF per month
• Yearly — 14,500 XAF per year

Prices may change; we'll notify you before any change affects you. Subscriptions provide access to Premium features for the paid period.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Mobile Money (MTN and Orange) through our payment partner, Fapshi. You authorize us to charge the applicable fee using the payment method you confirm. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Your content

The financial data and files you add remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them solely to provide the service — for example, to sync, back up, and generate your reports. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

6. Shared accounts

If you convert to a shared account, you control who is invited and what they can do. You are responsible for the people you invite and for managing their access. Collaborators may view account data per the permissions you set.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Bojety running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur. The app's offline mode is designed to keep you productive even when our servers are unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bojety is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make based on the app. Bojety is a tracking tool, not financial advice.

9. Cancellation & deletion

You can stop using Bojety at any time. You may delete your account or specific data whenever you wish:

We may update these terms. We'll post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
